🔹 Cake Sponge (Base)
Ingredients:
4 anday (safed aur zardi alag)
4 tbsp cheeni
4 tbsp maida
2 tbsp kapućino powder
½ tsp baking powder
Method:
Anday ke safed ko pehle tez beat karo jab tak stiff peaks ban jaayen.
Ab dheere dheere cheeni daal kar dobara beat karo.
Ab ek ek kar ke zardiyan (egg yolks) mix karo.
Maida, kapućino aur baking powder chhaan kar fold karo.
Greased baking tin mein daal kar
180°C par 15–20 min bake karo.Thanda hone par sponge ko 2 ya 3 layers mein cut kar lo.
☕ Kapućino Cream Layer
Ingredients:
500 ml whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp kapućino powder
Method:
Cream ko thanda kar ke achi tarah whip karo.
Powdered sugar aur kapućino add kar ke soft & fluffy hone tak beat karo.
🍫 Chocolate Cream Layer
Ingredients:
200 g milk chocolate
200 ml whipping cream
Method:
Cream garam karo (ubalne na do).
Chocolate add kar ke melt hone do.
Thanda hone par halki si whip karo taake smooth cream ban jaaye.
🥜 Snickers / Caramel Layer
Ingredients:
150 g caramel (ya dulce de leche)
100 g roasted peanuts (bareek kate hue)
2 Snickers bars (chopped)
Method:
Caramel ko halka garam kar lo.
Peanuts aur chopped Snickers mix kar do.
🍰 Cake Assembly
Pehli sponge layer rakho – halka sa coffee milk se soak karo
(½ cup doodh + 1 tsp coffee).Chocolate cream spread karo.
Doosri sponge rakho → kapućino cream lagao.
Ab Snickers caramel layer evenly phaila do.
Teesri sponge rakho → upar aur sides par whipping cream lagao.

Cake ko kam az kam 4–6 ghante fridge mein set hone do
