🧄 Ghar par Lehsan (Bijeli Luk) Uganay ka Mukammal Tareeqa

1️⃣ Beej ka Intikhab

  • Bazaar se healthy, moti aur fresh lehsan ki guthli (clove) lo

  • Chhilka na utaro

  • Soft, sadi hui ya fridge wali guthli na lo


2️⃣ Gamlon / Saksiji ka Intikhab

  • 8–10 inch gehra pot lo

  • Neeche drainage hole zaroor ho

  • Mitti jama pani bardasht nahi karti


3️⃣ Mitti (Soil Mix)

Best mix:

  • 50% garden soil

  • 30% compost / gobar ki khaad

  • 20% river sand

👉 Mitti halkee aur pani guzarnay wali honi chahiye


4️⃣ Lagane ka Tareeqa

  • Lehsan ki guthli nok upar aur jad neeche rakh kar lagao

  • 2–3 cm mitti se dhak do

  • Guthliyon ke darmiyan 3–4 inch gap rakho


5️⃣ Pani dena

  • Lagane ke baad halka pani

  • Roz roz pani mat do

  • Jab upar ki mitti sookh jaaye tab pani do

❌ Zyada pani = lehsan gal sakta hai


6️⃣ Dhoop

  • Roz 4–6 ghante dhoop

  • Balcony, terrace ya khirki ke paas perfect jagah


7️⃣ Khuraak (Fertilizer)

  • 15 din baad:

    • Liquid compost

    • Ya vermicompost (thodi si)

  • Mahine mein 1–2 dafa kaafi hai


8️⃣ Growing Stages

  • 🌱 7–10 din mein hara shoot nikalta hai

  • 🌿 1–2 mahine mein patte lambe ho jaate hain

  • 🧄 3–4 mahine mein neeche poori guthli ban jaati hai


9️⃣ Harvest Kab Karein

  • Jab:

    • Patte peelay hone lagen

    • Aur dheere dheere girne lagen

👉 Tab samajh lo lehsan tayaar hai

  • Halka sa mitti khod kar bahar nikaalo
