🍫🍊 Choco Orange Cubes

A rich, decorative dessert made with ready-made wafer sheets (rozen kore)

✨ Ingredients

  • 200 g sugar

  • 300 ml water

  • 250 g margarine

  • 150 g dark chocolate (fasting/posna)

  • 200 g ground walnuts

  • 200 g ground biscuits

  • 1 frozen orange

  • Wafer sheets (rozen cake layers)

🍫 Glaze

  • 100 g chocolate

  • 3 tablespoons oil


👩‍🍳 Preparation

  1. Wash the orange well and place it in the freezer (preferably a day before making the cake).

  2. In a pot, combine sugar and water and boil gently for about 5 minutes.

  3. Grate the frozen orange and add it to the syrup. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. Add margarine and chocolate, stirring over low heat until fully melted and combined.

  5. Remove from heat and stir in the ground biscuits (and walnuts, if desired).

  6. Let the mixture cool slightly (about 5 minutes), then spread it between the wafer sheets.

    • ⚠️ Do not coat the top wafer.

  7. Place a heavy object (e.g. a book) on top and let it rest for 2–3 hours.

  8. Melt the chocolate with oil and pour the glaze over the cake.

  9. Allow it to set completely, then cut into cubes of your desired size.


🍫🍊 Čoko oranž kocke

✨ Sastojci

  • 200 g šećera

  • 300 ml vode

  • 250 g margarina

  • 150 g crne čokolade (posne)

  • 200 g mlevenih oraha

  • 200 g mlevenog keksa

  • 1 zamrznuta pomorandža

  • Kore za rozen tortu

🍫 Glazura

  • 100 g čokolade

  • 3 kašike ulja

👩‍🍳 Priprema

  1. Pomorandžu dobro oprati i staviti u zamrzivač (najbolje dan ranije).

  2. U šerpu staviti šećer i vodu, pa kuvati oko 5 minuta.

  3. Smrznutu pomorandžu izrendati i dodati u sirup. Kuvati još 5 minuta.

  4. Dodati margarin i čokoladu, mešati na tihoj vatri dok se ne otope.

  5. Skloniti sa vatre i umešati keks (i orahe).

  6. Ostaviti 5 minuta da se malo prohladi, zatim filovati rozen kore

    • ❗ Zadnju koru ne premazivati.

  7. Prekriti teškim predmetom i ostaviti 2–3 sata.

  8. Otopiti čokoladu sa uljem i preliti kolač.

  9. Ostaviti da se stegne i iseći na kocke.
